GearHead Membership Service Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Thank you for becoming a GearHead member

This Agreement is deemed a supplemental agreement to the GearHead User Agreement, forms an integral part of it, and together they constitute a unified whole. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the User Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. Your use of the service will be deemed acceptance of this Agreement, including any modifications made by Shanghai Wuyi Technology Co., Ltd. from time to time.

1. Activation of Membership Services

Activation of the auto-renewing monthly or yearly membership service is provided on the premise that you have already activated the GearHead membership service. If you activate this service, you authorize Shanghai Wuyi Technology Co., Ltd. to deduct the fee for the next billing cycle within 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle from the balance of your own recharge account, a third-party payment account bound to your membership account, a bank card, a carrier billing account, an iTunes account, or any other applicable account (collectively, the "Account"). This service requires that your GearHead membership account be linked to the relevant Account and that payment can be successfully collected from it. You are obligated to regularly review and ensure that the selected payment method has sufficient balance to cover the auto-renewing monthly or yearly service. If the service cannot be renewed due to any issue, including but not limited to insufficient balance or insufficient balance to cover multiple auto-renewing services selected by the user, Shanghai Wuyi Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to suspend or terminate your membership service without further notice. If you choose to cancel the auto-renewing monthly or yearly service, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Otherwise, the system will automatically renew the service for the next month or year. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations or these Terms, users may cancel the auto-renewing monthly or yearly service, but the fee paid for the current month or year when the service was activated is non-refundable.

2. Suspension or Termination of Membership Services

If you choose the auto-renewing monthly or yearly service, you may suspend or terminate the service in the following way: for Apple in-app purchase users, open the iPhone "Settings" app, go to "iTunes Store & App Store", tap your "Apple ID", choose "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, tap "Subscriptions", and cancel the "GearHead Membership Service" subscription.

3. Special Notes

Since the GearHead membership service is a digital product delivered online, the fees you pay are not prepayments, deposits, or earnest money, but the price of the digital product itself. Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or otherwise stated by GearHead, membership services are non-refundable once activated.

Shanghai Wuyi Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to adjust the duration, pricing, and related details of the existing continuous monthly membership service according to user needs and changes in products and services, so as to continuously improve and optimize the service.
